Therapy sessions last for about one hour (this includes a few minutes at the beginning of every session to fill out your treatment progress questionnaire). Sessions are scheduled once per week. Our therapists practice a variety of different forms of therapy, including relational, interpersonal, cognitive, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based interventions. Therapy often integrates principles from more than one approach.
